Selection Process for the Rail Wheel Factory Recruitment 2024
Selection process shall be three stage process consisting of following steps:
- First, candidates need to apply for an application process that needs to be based on Marks/Merit Basis. Candidates need to be updated with respect to the application process. They also need to score a minimum of 50% for Rail Wheel Factory jobs.

About Rail Wheel Factory
The Rail Wheel Factory project was sanctioned in 1978 under the guidance of Late Smt Indira Gandhi, former prime minister of India. The project cost around Rs. 146 Crores. Before the 1980s Indian Railway was importing 55% of the wheel and axles requirement. The 55% capacity was not technically capable of meeting the changing demand of the wheels for the new designs. The cost of import was rising high with high rising h prices of the market.
A huge study was made for the latest technology and equipment available all over the world and ready for the collaboration with the foreign exchange requirements.
