Selection Process for the Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024
The first step for the Recruitment is that the candidates are required to go through the computer based examinations. It has three phases for the recruitment process.
1. Written Test- There will be a computer based test or a pen or paper test with a total of 100 questions. Candidates will have only 90 minutes to answer questions. Each question will contain negative marking. Every wrong answer will deduct one-third marks. Type of questions is made up of two parts, part I contains discipline knowledge questions
carrying 60 marks and part II contains general aptitude, reasoning, English, data analysis questions with 25 marks.
2. Document Verification- After computer based tests, all candidates who have passed with more than the required marks will be asked to show their original documents and certificates that are submitted while applying for the online application form. All the Educational certificates and documents then got verified by the concerned university or
authority.
3. Personal Interview- Candidates who have successfully passed the initial computer based test or PPT and document verification are usually notified for their final process that is a personal interview. This notification includes time, date and address for the face to face interaction. The personal interview questions cover a wide range of topics that includes general awareness of their core subject and communication skills and interpersonal skills.
