COMMITMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
To ensure that the quality of cotton, fiber and other raw materials utilised by NTC conform to the standards laid down by the Textile Research Associations
To ensure supply of quality products to consumers. To ensure that testing of raw materials and finished products is done at least at two stages.
To endeavour to achieve competitive prices, vis-à-vis other manufacturers, for which benchmarking is to be done among the NTC units.
To make most efficient use of available resources – land, machines or manpower and to leverage assets to generate resources for modernization.
To improve the machine productivity and to ensure better upkeep and maintenance of the equipment with a view to improve the productivity to achievable norms.
To expeditiously redress any grievances from the members of the public/ consumers.
To meet the salary & wages expenses from internal accruals and seek no grant from MOT/GOI.
To Revive 19 mills through JV.
To make the showrooms seperate profit centers.
